The 2025 FIA ecoRallye Cup is officially underway, and once again, MAHLE is leading the charge in sustainable mobility. As the title sponsor of the MAHLE Eco Rallye Comunitat Valenciana, we’re reinforcing our commitment to accelerating climate-neutral transportation.

But this electric racing event is more than just a race – it’s a trailblazer in the world of sustainable motorsport. It’s the first competition of its kind to earn the FIA’s prestigious environmental accreditation, highlighting its role in promoting energy efficiency and breakthrough mobility solutions. The event reflects MAHLE’s global sustainability mission – from developing advanced e-mobility technologies to minimizing our own carbon footprint.

E-HEALTH Charge: Cutting-Edge Battery Diagnostics to the Track

One of the key factors in ensuring electric vehicle performance in racing is battery health. At the same time, MAHLE Aftermarket’s E-HEALTH Charge system is setting new industry standards in diagnostics.

Two-time FIA ecoRally champion and MAHLE partner Michal Žďárský visited our facilities in Valencia, to have his electric racing vehicle’s battery, health-checked using the E-HEALTH Charge system. With a track record of over 65,000 km across extreme conditions, from the Arctic Circle to the heat of Spain and Portugal, his car had experienced every type of challenge imaginable in the previous ecoRally Cup championship-winning season.

In just 15 minutes, the E-HEALTH Charge system delivered a detailed battery status report, confirming optimal performance. This advanced tool, combining DC fast charging with real-time diagnostics, demonstrated how efficient, data-driven solutions can enhance vehicle longevity and reliability.

Michal Z’darsky’s verdict: “It’s amazing for me to experience technology advancing—in electric cars but also in clever devices like MAHLE E-HEALTH Charge that gives people the assurance that e-mobility works.”

Promising Start for the Team

At the MAHLE title-sponsored ecoRally event, Z’darsky went on to secure second place in Valencia, kicking off his bid for a third consecutive FIA ecoRally Cup title with MAHLE. His result underscores MAHLE’s role in shaping the next generation of e-mobility technologies, delivering solutions that empower electric vehicle owners, workshops, and racing teams alike.

As the 2025 FIA Eco Rallye Cup continues, MAHLE remains committed to pioneering sustainable mobility, on the racetrack and beyond.
