Oil changes are still one of the essential services provided by automotive workshops and are a significant revenue generator. However, with the increasing variety of drive systems, the range of lubricants is also becoming ever wider and oil management increasingly complex. In addition, the 5-liter canister is often no longer sufficient for filling. Many opened containers, a lot of waste, oil stains on the floor and disorganization are often the result. FluidPRO® Multi Oil puts an end to this.
FluidPRO® Multi Oil is a mobile station for the proper storage, labeling and management of engine and transmission lubricants. The station has six separate 20-liter containers for fresh oil. This makes it easy to handle different types in parallel. The Zero Cross Contamination function empties the filling hose completely after each use - for maximum oil purity, highest quality and minimum oil loss. The residual oil is collected in a separate container.
The station has an integrated battery pump. This pumps the oil evenly and continuously - without any external power connection. This makes the station extremely flexible and can be used anywhere in the workshop. The battery pump works with milliliter precision and the flow rate can be adjusted between fast and slow. This ensures clean and splash-free filling. The amount of oil to be filled can be selected from the stored database depending on the vehicle, then the integrated pump works independently - without constant monitoring. This saves time and reduces the workload for staff.
The oil is filled directly into the containers from 20-liter canisters, drums or bag-in-box systems - for less packaging waste and greater sustainability. The management system records every loading and unloading process digitally and can therefore be evaluated economically - for full transparency and optimized cost control. What's more, if required, the station can send all relevant information directly to a central portal*, which enables efficient and transparent management. Oil quantity, type, consumption, vehicle data, operator activities - every movement is documented and organized.
Role-based access also allows differentiated user control - whether sales partner, dealer, branch manager or workshop employee, everyone receives the appropriate view and functions. If the oil level falls below a defined alarm threshold, the system takes over monitoring and can automatically trigger reordering - including access control and performance documentation.
