Eileen Munk works in the product life cycle management department at MAHLE Aftermarket and oversees everything from product market research to market launch and product disposal. In her day-to-day job, Eileen is responsible for oil- and transmission oil filters for passenger car applications.
Flavio Ciociola works in the shipping department of MAHLE Aftermarket and takes a key part in arranging collections and approving customer orders. Since he started on the shopfloor in 2007, he and his colleagues have ensured quick and efficient deliveries. Flavio’s father already worked at MAHLE, and he plans to continue that tradition until the end of his professional career.
Ita Osthoff has been working for MAHLE for around 35 years and is an assistant manager in the Aftermarket Europe department. She currently works as an assistant to the plant management at the Schorndorf location. What she particularly appreciates about her job is the diversity of national and international employees. Through her years of collaboration, she has been able to get to know a variety of people and gather connections, which give her access to a lot of information and thereby make her work easier.
As a master in the filter area on the shopfloor, Isa Cicek is responsible for 73 employees. Isa is in charge of warehouse management and picking customer orders. He oversees the entire process and firmly believes that the job can only be done through teamwork and effective communication. After more than 20 years of working at MAHLE, he has performed every possible task and looks forward to the future with great optimism.
As a product category manager, Felix Maier identifies and taps into growth potentials in the EMEA Aftermarket business. Felix has been working for MAHLE Aftermarket for seven years and especially appreciates the teamwork and productive exchange with his colleagues. Assessing the needs and potentials of products across diverse markets while considering global production and shipping restrictions and efficiencies is a challenging task.
As a sales support employee, Tekin Koc is the interface between the customer and the field service. Together with his team, he supports the sales department with countless information and documents and with specific customer queries. For Tekin, in addition to the direct exchange with wholesalers, workshops and end users, the opportunity for ongoing training at MAHLE is very important.
During this time, Leonie will immerse herself in various departments, gaining invaluable experiences and insights into the automotive industry. From engineering to project management, she will be exposed to a wide range of opportunities that will shape her career path.
Helmut is with us for more than ten years, working in the Service Solutions department at MAHLE. He plays a crucial role in the site management of Donaueschingen, where he oversees the operations and ensures the smooth functioning of our garage equipment services. Helmut, together with our team, embarked on a new venture in the field of climate service tools, in collaboration with BEHR. This marked a significant milestone as we ventured into a new business segment for MAHLE. Today, our range has expanded to include transmission flushing machines, exhaust measuring tools, and camera calibration tools.
As head of operations, Fabrizio oversees about 220 people across warehousing, manufacturing, and production. He ensures that the operational processes at MAHLE in Schorndorf run smoothly, resulting in high customer satisfaction.
As a Social Media expert, Jana is responsible for creating engaging content for various channels like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Jana ensures that the content is published in multiple languages, reaching audiences across the globe in countries like Poland, South Africa, the UK, Turkey, France, Spain, and Italy. For her, being in touch with the target audience on a daily basis and the opportunity to bring all her ideas to life in a creative space is the best part of her job.
As development engineer and project manager, Henrike is responsible for the development of workshop equipment in the Service Solution division of MAHLE Aftermarket. Together with her team, Henrike focuses on innovations for advanced battery diagnostics as part of the MAHLE BatteryPRO series. One of her main goals is to create transparency about BEV's traction battery health for customers and workshops.
Katrin Frick is Head of Marketing at MAHLE Aftermarket and responsible for the EMEA region. For her, spreading the word about the entire range of MAHLE products and services among target audiences is a key priority. The increasing movement of Marketing in the digital realm is a great opportunity to rejuvenate the brand and its image in the market.
As Key Account Manager, Matthias Schütze is responsible for the Western Germany region at MAHLE Aftermarket. Matthias focuses especially on the area of thermal management.
