Since June 1, TecMotive has been one of MAHLE's exclusive service partners for workshop equipment such as Digital ADAS, TechPRO, ArcticPRO, and EmissionPRO. With the new colleagues from TecMotive, MAHLE is expanding its network on a large scale to offer you an even better service.
Whether it’s device setup, DAkkS-compliant calibration of exhaust gas analyzers, servicing A/C stations, repairs, or customer support – top-tier service takes people. But as vehicle workshops become more digital and workshop devices increasingly networked, technical integration support is just as critical.
Over the past few years, MAHLE has significantly expanded its workshop equipment portfolio and established a strong market presence. Naturally, the demand for service has grown alongside it. To meet this rising need, MAHLE is now partnering with TecMotive – an independent, third-party service provider specializing in workshop equipment support.
TecMotive delivers the full range of professional services and has a proven track record in the field. Since the beginning of 2025, TecMotive has been a wholly owned subsidiary of CARAT.
With TecMotive on board, MAHLE can instantly double the size of its service network – ensuring faster response times to customer inquiries. After all, when something goes wrong, speed matters. It’s the only way to keep your workshop up and running without delays.
To ensure this, all service requests will continue to be routed through the central MAHLE hotline and then dispatched to regional service partners throughout the DACH region.
MAHLE provides all external factory customer services with loaner units if no short-term solution or repair is possible on site in order to minimize downtimes. Whereby: In many cases, MAHLE technicians can solve the problems on or with the units via the remote service. Many calls are about application issues. After all, if workshop equipment is well maintained, technical problems rarely occur.
Workshops in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland can contact MAHLE directly via the central hotline at +49 1806 115599. From there, calls are routed to the appropriate regional service partners.
