Every year for the spring season, MAHLE supports you with a new thermal campaign. In addition to a free thermal package (only available in the DACH region) with professional information and advertising material to promote sales, the campaign includes many other tools to attract customers for air conditioning checks or air conditioning services all year round online and on site.

Spring is air conditioning service season

Exactly the right time to bring your customers into the workshop for an A/C check or service. Because many of them don't yet know that a regular service is the basis for optimum function.

Speaking of function: When was the last time you had your air conditioning service unit serviced? This should be done at least once a year according to the manufacturer's instructions.

If you don't have a maintenance contract, more modern air conditioning service stations will remind you via the display: these stations have an internal counter that documents the amount of refrigerant extracted and then issues an alert when maintenance is due. And you should stick to this. Missed maintenance work on the A/C service unit can not only be really expensive, but can also put sales and customer confidence at risk.

Extensive support

The thermal package (only available in the DACH region) has been available from participating wholesalers since the beginning of April. In addition, MAHLE offers you a comprehensive digital package for effective sales support as well as helpful technical support for the maintenance and repair of A/C systems. The package includes a manual for refrigerant and air conditioning compressor oil filling quantities for cars, vans and commercial vehicles, a workshop poster on the topic of "Oil diagnosis when replacing the air conditioning compressor" and materials such as service stickers for actively marketing air conditioning maintenance. The manual is also available as a free online tool. Here you can quickly and easily determine the correct filling quantities for all vehicle classes and drive types and create favorites.

But there's more: the website for the thermal campaign provides you with a variety of templates for social media posts, email signatures and online banners as well as technical information on all aspects of the air conditioning service. This includes a checklist with the most important parameters such as refrigerant analysis, pressure values, temperature and refrigerant quantity and a technical brochure on the topic of "Thermal management for e-mobility". It provides mechanics with valuable tips for working on electric and hybrid vehicles.
